Information
Pain isn’t always bad for us but what can we do about it? Join Glasgow Caledonian University researchers Dr Joanna McParland and Dr Ukachukwu Abaraogu for talks and demonstrations about the psychological and physiological aspects of pain based on research findings. What is pain? How can the way we think about pain affect how we experience pain?, Why do we all have a different pain threshold? Do males and females experience pain differently? and how might we manage pain using a TENS machine?
