We are back for 2023 and ready once again to celebrate the diversity of research and its impact on everyday life.

Held throughout September, our calendar of events, workshops and webinar sessions gives young people, parents and teachers a peek behind the research curtain.

The programme in Scotland is brought together through a partnership between the University of Aberdeen, University of Glasgow, University of St Andrews and University of Strathclyde.

The official Explorathon weekend runs from Friday 29 September to Sunday 1 October where events from across the globe take place.

In Scotland however, events take place throughout September to build excitement on the run up to the official weekend.
